He explained the process and what needed to be done even offering help if needed to empty the house, Darwin also gave me a step by step process of the job being done, the crew did a great job clearing and cleaning the house after the abatement was done. When we discovered floor tiles on the top floor of our home that could be asbestos-based, we called DHC to come take a look and they came the next day. Madison came the next day and took samples to have them tested and it turned out that three of the four rooms had asbestos in the tiles. DHC gave a great price to get the tiles and underlayment removed (since asbestos-tainted tile adhesive was stuck to it) so we scheduled DHC to come and remove everything. The team were very professional and we were very impressed with how quick they were to remove the tiles and underlayment from three rooms, leaving only the subfloor, without any damage to the walls, etc. If you find asbestos, or what you think might be asbestos, call DHC - you won't be disappointed!

I had DHC remove popcorn ceiling as well as strip my basement down to the studs which included the removal of a few materials with asbestos. The team did a great job of working quickly and cleanly and stayed within the estimate given. We had 16-foot-high popcorn ceilings that we needed removed as a part of our home renovation. I contacted DHC and Madison and Darwin came out the same day to give an estimate. They were happy to remove the ceiling and help us with some other demolition at the same time for a very reasonable price. Very affordable and good workmanship. I appreciate Madisons attention to details in making sure our asbestos abatement was properly handled and Darwin was very attentive throughout this process. Asbestos can be very scary to deal with but that’s why I’m so glad I hired professionals.

We had a water leak at our house and were in the middle of having a mitigation team dry things out when we discovered some drywall with asbestos that needed to be removed. The mitigation team could not proceed in that area until the drywall was removed. Madison from DHC contacted us that same day and she was able to stop by with Darwin the next day (Saturday) to look at the area and give us a quote. We hired them and they came out Monday evening after their regular work day to get the job completed so the mitigation could continue. All in all a great experience. They went above and beyond coming out in the evening to keep our restoration on track!!!
